Colombia Update: Normalization Plan of Control and Corporate Group Situations

The External Circular No. 100-000003 of 2021, enacted by the Superintendence of Companies (the “Superintendence”), by means of which it requests to the applicable companies to comply with the registry of the control and/or corporate group situations and consequently, will only be valid until December 31, 2021.

Therefore, if it is intended to benefit from such normalization plan, it is necessary to apply before the aforementioned date.
