Colombia Update: Periodic Data Protection Obligations

In accordance with the provisions of the Single Circular of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, those responsible for the processing of personal data obliged to register their databases in the National Registry of Databases (RNBD) must make within the first fifteen (15) working days of August, that is to say that no later than August 23, 2021, the claims (positive or negative) that have been presented by the holders of the information in the previous semester (January to June 2021) must be reported.
