Colombia Update: Periodic obligations on Personal Data Protection: Report on data subjects’ claims first semester 2021

As established by the General Circular of the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, data controllers which are obliged to register their data bases within the National Data Base Registry (NDBR) must perform within the first fifteen (15) business days of August, which means that no later than on August 23, 2021 it is necessary to file the report on claims (positive or negative) presented by data subjects in the previous semester (January to June 2021).

We look forward to any queries that you may have, or to support your team on the compliance with the abovementioned obligation.
