European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS)

The European Commission has published a preliminary draft delegated act for the official adoption of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Once adopted, the ESRS will be applicable from 1 January 2024 for listed companies and other public-interest entities subject to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The companies involved will have to prepare their sustainability reporting in accordance with the ESRS.
