Information Request to Foreign Non-Profit Entities with Permanent Operations in Colombia (REPORT 77)

Superintendence of Companies

As a result of the delegation of the inspection, supervision, and control functions over foreign non-profit entities with permanent operations in Colombia to the Superintendence of Companies by the President (Decree 0326 of March 8, 2023), these entities are now required to submit a report known as “Foreign Non-Profit Entities Report” number 77.

This report, also referred to as Report 77, must be completed using the STORM tool provided by the Superintendency. The tool can be accessed through the website http://www.supersociedades.gov.co

The attorneys-in-fact representing foreign non-profit entities with permanent operations in Colombia hold the responsibility of accurately filing the information for the period ending as of December 31, 2022, by July 31, 2023.
