Ministry of Labour – response to question no. 1 of 2023

To ensure adequate health and safety conditions also for workers in Smart Working, it is allowed to proceed with the appointment of several competent doctors of “proximity” located throughout the territory.

To carry out the health surveillance of workers operating in smart working and located in different areas of the territory, the employer can proceed with the appointment of several competent doctors, identifying among them an employee to coordinate the activities.
