Italy Update: The non-competition agreement is valid with consideration paid monthly during the employment relationship

It is legitimate to pay the consideration of the non-competition agreement during the employment relationship and in a fixed and monthly amount.
For the court, the aforementioned method is to be considered legitimate as it responds to the protection of the opposing interests of the parties by providing that the amount of the remuneration increases with the increase in the duration of the employment relationship.
