Italy Update: Postponed to 1 December the deadline for making mandatory communication of agile work according to the procedure provided for by Decree 149/202

The deadline for making mandatory agile work communications has been postponed from 1 November to 1 December according to the procedure provided for by Decree 149/2022, in order to fulfill the obligations provided for by art. 23, first paragraph, of Law no. 81/2017 (as amended by Article 41 bis of Decree-Law no. 73/2022, converted with amendments into Law no. 122 of 4 August 2022).
