Italy Update: Worsening of the economic result equal to 30% for the equalization contribution

The decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance was signed, which identifies the percentage of decrease in turnover required to access the non-repayable equalization contribution provided for by Legislative Decree 73/2021, Sostegni-bis decree. The reference is to the non-repayable contribution that is recognized to companies that have suffered a precise drop in profit, i.e. a worsening of the economic result. In fact, unlike the other non-repayable contributions paid during the Covid-19 emergency, the equalization does not take into account the drop in turnover but the worsening of the economic result. Soon a provision of the Revenue Agency will arrive that will identify the methods of submitting applications to request the equalization non-repayable contribution.
