Our Team

Our global coordinating team, consisting of international counsel with many years of cross-border experience, coordinates our global and cross-border Managed Services when needed, and also on specific legal projects for Direct Services as required.
With extensive experience in both the laws of their own respective jurisdictions and also in managing complex legal projects internationally, they are ideally placed to manage and deliver business solutions to fulfill your business requirements.
Global Service Coordinators
We have team coordinators available and in place, depending on the geographies and needs of the project, for each of our major Global Services such as Global M&A and Private Equity and our Global Labor and Employment Law Service, who are responsible for those sectors worldwide.
Regional Team Leaders
Each major business region of the world also has a team leader who has the skill and experience to advise on regional issues and also to manage and coordinate work on a regular basis across that region if the client so wishes.
You can also have a central global coordinator based in your region, if you so choose.
Country Team Leaders
Each country affiliated firm has dedicated team leaders for all aspects of business law dedicated to making sure results are delivered in line with our service pledge and client expectations, whether through Managed Services or local Direct Services.
Country team leaders are responsible for delivering Direct Services to clients who wish to manage those resources through their own central, regional or local teams and managers.
